The Organization is looking for Treasury Vp to manage international inter-company loan portfolio, coordinating with tax and European treasury personnel. Develop and communicate global cash management polices and procedures. Lead international acquisition due diligence and integration related activities. Work with international tax personnel on structure for capital funding, movement of cash among the group, and dividend or other repatriation strategies. Manage staff associated with these functions.
