Additionally, the ability to interact well with other employees and work overtime, as necessary, is required. Requirements: Must have ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints. Must be able to access all areas of the Plant (includes walking, climbing, squatting, etc). Ability to use a personal computer and many Kellogg and non-Kellogg specific programs is essential.
