Contracts Administrator IIOccidental Energy Marketing - Houston, TXEssential Job Duties * Request and negotiate industry standard terms and conditions for wholesale energy trading contracts, with an emphasis on natural gas * Coordinate and communicate with traders, credit department, and other corporate stakeholders to facilitate and finalize trading contracts. * Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley procedures set forth for the Contracts Administration function. * Handle necessary amendments and/or updates to existing contracts. * Prepare and/or assist with linking of documents into archival file system, FileNet. * Mentor and develop other Contract Administrators. * Other duties as required.
