Key responsibilities include: Lead all accounting activities including responsibility for the General Ledger Managing accounting staff - spanning A/R, A/P and billing - through monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles. Particularly charged with preparing the company to go public in the coming 1-3 years, with a heavy focus on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and compliance (telecom/FCC regulations, SEC/Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, GAAP and taxes).
