  POSITION SUMMARY: Territory includes AR, IL, KS, MN, MO, and OK. Anticipated overnight travel is 1-2 nights/week.To provide leadership, strategic direction and drive attainment of quarterly annual sales goals for the Americas Surgical Organization and specified Region for the entire B&L Surgical product protfolio. Drive day to day business results to include management of regional finances.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:-Selection and recruitment of Territory Managers, Equipment Specialist, Crystalens Outcome Managers, and Crystalens Account Executives.-Coaching, training and development of Territory Managers, Equipment Specialist, Crystalens Outcome Managers, and Crystalens Account Executives.-Management of geographies within the Region.-Maintain high level of communications with all levels in the organization.-Analysis...
