Part-time Receptionist/Office AssistantOrbis International - New York, NYORBIS seeks a committed and reliable part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant who is supporting in participating in ORBIS' exciting mission to reduce blindness in developing countries around the globe. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for creating a consistent and excellent presentation of the ORBIS New York headquarters office. She or he works daily (Monday through Friday) from 1 PM to 6 PM and occasionally full-time. The specific job duties focus on providing courteous, professional, and efficient reception and support services to ORBIS visitors, donors, and staff members and carrying out range of administrative and logistical tasks in support of the organization's operations and executive functions.
