Social WorkerProject Stay - New York, NYProject STAY (Services To Assist Youth) is a program for sexually high risk and HIV+ adolescents and young adults ages 13-24. Project STAY provides comprehensive medical and psychosocial services to this population. We have an immediate opening for a full-time social worker. This position is responsible for providing case management, psychosocial assessments, individual, family, couples and group therapy to HIV+ adolescents and young adults. Work as a part of a multidisciplinary team of social worker, psychiatrist and medical providers. This position would also provide HIV/STI counseling and testing in alternative high schools and juvenile justice programs to sexually high risk adolescents, which requires some travel within the five boroughs.
