  Credit & Collection Service Specialist ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned: Ability to multi- task incoming phone calls for credit release or credit hold Monitor all trade receivables and collect on past due accounts Troubleshoot problems with customer accounts, e.g. billing, cash application, service charges Research and start the process on payment deductions Prepare and process needed adjustments Review all error reports (PIR's) or credit memos Monitor all accounts on special programs with SBF Monitor and process in-house jobs for proper accounting classification Liaison with attorney or collection agency Prepare credit profiles for potential new accounts Prepare daily sales reports Attend and report at monthly accounts receivable meeting...
