Accounts Payable Analyst - G2 USGrey Companies - New York, NYG2 is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in the New York office. The position will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Process invoices for payment to vendors to include checking invoices for accuracy, identifying and resolving problems, and entering data into computer. 2. Answer phones and assist callers with questions/problems related to A/P. Assist visitors with same. 3. Match checks with payment vouchers and invoices; mail checks to vendors. 4. Review vendors' monthly statements; check for accuracy; ensure all invoices/credits have been received. 5. Take inventory of checks for various accounts at end of month.
