Responsibilities would for all Break Fix and Hardware / SW support for the location Basic OS is Windows 2000 and Windows XP Office 2000 and Outlook 2003 There are up to another 300 applications in use but most people have another 15 +/- based on their role in the organization. Being a corporate location this would most likely be accounting and management applications.
