Field EngineerVcp-information Technology - Milwaukee, WIPOSITION SUMMARY: The Field Service Engineer is primarily responsible for working at client facilities to resolve issues that require onsite support. The position is also involved in the site assessment and implementation of new VCPI clients. The engineer while not in the field will serve as an escalation point to the VCPI Service Desk and also be responsible for remote project work at client locations. The engineer is required to work independently and be able to prioritize the work load. This position will be based in the Orange County, CA area. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: No direct reports.
