Assistant Director -Commercial ClaimsCitizens Property Insurance - Jacksonville, FLPOSITION SUMMARY: The position is responsible for managing Commercial Property Adjusters, to ensure attainment of objectives, productivity, adherence to company policies and procedures and fulfillment of customer service expectations. Also responsible for monitoring Independent Adjusters and Claims Technical Coordinators acting as Team Leads during catastrophe events. The position mandates successful completion of all requirements of Fundamental Claims School, which includes obtaining an overall passing score.
