ALF Marketing DirectorGenesis Healthcare - Dover, DEPOSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Director is responsible for maintaining the census goals of the Community through acquisition of the desirable customer population. This is accomplished through developing and implementing a marketing plan (with the Executive Director) and public relations activities. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Develops a current sales/marketing plan that is updated on an ongoing basis. 2. Encourages customer referral leads which are a significant proportion of new leads generated. 3. Develops outreach activities that produce viable new leads and proactively identifies and pursues publicity opportunities. 4. Uses an automated lead tickler system to schedule lead follow-up. 5.
