First would be to have primary line responsibility for ensuring that required filings were submitted in all relevant jurisdictions in a thorough, timely and accurate manner. The Company holds licenses in most states in the U.S. as well as other targeted jurisdictions, and maintains qualifications and registrations to conduct business in all 50 states and certain other targeted jurisdictions.
