  Customer Service Associate Job Description: Our client, a Fortune 500 Insurance Provider, is looking for call center associates. This position is a first shift opportunity 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM and a qualified candidate must be flexible with the schedule.On a day to day basis, this person will be:* Deliver outstanding customer service when handling inbound calls from Homeowners, Insurance Agents and Insurance Companies regarding hazard insurance issues.* Fulfill the customers needs using various means of communication (telephone, fax, Internet)* Verify and update policy information, disburse premiums and research outstanding premium payments.* Process additional work from other departments and assist in special projects requested by the client.To be qualified for this position, the candidate must...
