GENERAL SUMMARY: The Service Writer is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in the effective operation of the service center to include; sales, productivity and profitability, and is responsible for ensuring that the service center operates under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal and state regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Sales, Profit, and Productivity Assists the Service Manager in the effective daily operation of the service center.
