Pastor of English MinistryChinese Christian Fellowship Church - Wilmette, ILPastoral Responsibilities (for the English Ministry) 1. Along with ministry leaders, develop and actively pursue a defined vision for CCFC 2. Coordinate the leaders of various ministries, which include Life Groups, English Fellowship, Youth Group, Family Fellowship, and future ministries, to insure that all ministries are inline with biblical truth and the ministry goals of the church 3. Train, develop, and equip members to become church leaders and active members in ministry in accordance with Matthew 28:19 4. Work to build relationships within the congregation of CCFC and those who are seeking Christ 5. Lead the English Ministry congregation and maintain open lines of communication between board, staff, and congregation 6. Prepare and preach Gods Word to the congregation regularly 7.
