US - Part-Time Associate Customer Service TechnicianDiebold - Little Rock, ARThe position provides First Line maintenance on ATM's at commercial, banking and retail sites. This includes timely response to ATM malfunctions and providing on-site diagnosis of ATM problems. It also includes non-technical fixes such as clearing paper and bill jams; cleaning fascia, CRT and sensors; replacing paper and printer ribbons; and escalating mechanical issues to hardware technicians for Second Line maintenance when necessary. Will interact with customers and fellow team mates on regular basis. Shifts can include nights, weekends and holidays. Requires some lifting and exposure to outside elements. This position is Part-Time,15 - 20hours per week. RJG-2007 High school diploma or GED required. Must have reliable transportation and agood driving record.
