Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in the daily audit of all money & charges and point of sale media. Reconcile invoices from vendors with receiving documentation from various departments. Input vendor?s invoices to Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon). Input data to Excel worksheet for store inventory transfers and investigate discrepancies. Post various documents to our inventory control system. Match-up vendors credit memos and other correspondence. File paid vendor invoices. Work with various departments to insure all discrepancies are handled correctly and promptly.
