Conducts site analysis, site planning, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site grading, storm drainage design, landscape design, irrigation design, and visual assessments. Experience with large scale master planning and transportation projects. May serve as primary contact to clients, consultants, and public agencies on all assigned projects.
