The eCom Risk and Fraud team is seeking a highly motivated supervisor to manage a team of analysts responsible for analysis of high-risk purchases/transactions, via real-time queues and after-the-fact reports, to identify unauthorized credit card use. This position is responsible for managing and motivating the team to achieve and maintain the departments goals and standards. Additionally this position is responsible for the development each member of the team through coaching, counseling, and review of quality assurance during weekly one-on-one meetings while overseeing employees overall performance and productivity.
