P/T Information Systems TechnicianChipton Ross - Battle Creek, MICompTIA Security, MCP, MCSE~ RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Technical support to a Customer Information Center. Support specialized applications and faxination server. Prepare and troubleshoot MS Office Macros, create and prepare Business Intelligence reports from SAP sources. Respond to customer taskings on the technical performance of the call center. Act as a liaison between customer service technicians and third party contractors.
