The position reports to the Group Manager, R&D. Responsibilities: Experimental design and statistical analysis of test results to support claims for new products with a low level of supervision and direction of the Group Manager. Work with others - R&D groups, Marketing, suppliers, and outside research labs to develop claims methodologies and test our products. Keep abreast of new raw materials, formulation techniques and testing methodologies and act as a leader and technical guide in generating new product claims. Maintain Claims laboratory and equipment.
