Ideal candidates will have a BS Engineering / Technical or BS Safety Management and 7 -10 years as PSM Coordinator for a refinery (preferably oil) or petrochemical plant; individual must have a through knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) standard and EPA RMP regulation; must be very knowledgeable in PSM risk assessment techniques (HAZOP, LOPA), management systems and the leading industry PSM initiatives and best practices; knowledge of or participation in OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) is a plus; experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), PRO, PHA software, PHAST modeling is a plus.
