Senior Attorney IIHarris, N.A. - Chicago, ILQualified candidates must have a J.D. degree and between 5 to 10 years of experience advising registered investment advisers and financial institutions providing investment management and advisory services and products. In-depth knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is required. Knowledge of the Investment Companies Act of 1940 would be an asset.
