We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Supporting offices from Jupiter to Hialeah, FL .*Preference will be given to candidates who are centrally located Job Responsibilities: Respond to support incidents and requests of end-user devices such as PCs, printers, scanners etc. Local travel when required to support and setup physician offices Monitor problem ticket work queues and interact with Physician office staff to provide progress updates and closure notification Standard PC/printer break-fix tasks Some break-fix tasks related to application-specific requests (i.e. installing vendor software, resetting passwords, etc)...
