Specialty Pharmacy Services Representative/TechnicianCVS Caremark - Detroit, MIThis position will be located in our Detroit Specialty Pharmacy in Southfield, MI. Responsible for managing the customer inventory levels of products and supplies dispensed of various therapies provided by Caremark Rx. This position also interacts closely with the pharmacy, operations and reimbursement departments as well as staff at various treatment centers and physicians. Answers calls from and communicates with customers or caregivers to review inventory levels of procust and supplies. Documents and communicates medical problems or service issues experience by customer to appropriate clinician or supervisor.
