Position includes purchasing responsibilities, menu planning, writing of policies and procedures, performs quality control audits, employee scheduling and other duties as dictated. Associate degree in Restaurant and Hotel Cookery required. Completion of American Dietetic Association Food Service Supervisor course and previous leadership and/or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
