RESPONSIBILITIES: The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Strategic Planning Director will be responsible for leading the Strategic Planning Team (SPT). The desired candidate should possess executive presence and have an excellent ability to lead across CRE functional boundaries, exhibit a strong sense of inclusion and diplomacy, and build a sense of trust while enlightening other leaders in developing strategic plans. The desired candidate should be very well versed in portfolio operations, real estate finance and transactions.
