What are you doing this summer? BE A MEMBER OF THE 2013 RIPKEN BASEBALL COMPLEX GROUNDS CREW! Responsibilities: The Grounds Crew member will assist the Sport Turf Superintendent in areas such as, but not limited to: Infield skin maintenance Mound and home plate repair Mowing and sod work Working home Ironbirds games as well as Ripken tournaments Landscape upkeep - trimming, weeding, etc. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required: Highly-motivated, with the ability to work well with others in stressful situations Some experience in general lawn care, particularly in a sports-field setting Ability to work 40 hours per week, beginning in March and ending in September/October Ability to work all IronBirds home games as well as any special events held on the fields in the Ripken...
