Senior Paralegal - Procurement ContractsBD - Franklin Lakes, NJAssist in the generation of purchase agreements for Global Procurement. This position will report to Counsel - Procurement. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an in-house law department and contract management experience. Responsibilities include: Administering the Law Group Agreements Database, including interfacing with IT, updating contract templates, assisting in the preparation of new templates and coordinating with Global Procurement as needed. Preparing and negotiating assigned purchase contracts, amendments and statements of work. Assisting in the risk assessment of vendor proposed contract terms when BD standard terms will not be used.
