Merial - Atlanta, GASummary: Key member of the Global Consolidation Group which ensures that the consolidation process (monthly/annual) is performed on a timely and accurate basis. Calculates and records consolidations journal entries on a monthly basis. Prepares monthly consolidated financial statements. Actively participates to ensure consistency of financial reporting, by Merial subsidiaries, within the consolidation reporting structure.
