Responsibilities Desktop Support Technicians (Level II-III) will receive escalated PC and peripheral support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
