Software/Systems Trainer ICedar Valley College - Dallas, TXA full-time position in the IT Department. Duties include but are not limited to: Develops and maintains written training modules related to hardware, microcomputer software adaptations, office system applications and other mainframe system applications. Develops curriculum for delivery of classroom instruction and presents hands-on training to users throughout the District. Maintains high level of knowledge regarding current core administrative software purchased and supported by the District or the specific campus/location employees. Maintains written training materials. Travels to DCCCD training delivery locations; or if at a campus location, will travel to an off-site campus location.
