  Kelly Scientific Resources is searching for a Lab Tech for a chemicals company in West Houston. The Lab Tech will assist the Analytical Support group with the analytical characterization of polymeric materials (familiarity with testing and characterization of Styrenic Block Copolymers a plus). Responsibilities include polymer testing and characterization (GPC, FTIR, NMR, HPLC, wet chemistry, sample preparation, etc.), instrument maintenance and calibration, troubleshooting instrumentation, ordering and maintaining supplies for the laboratory. The qualified candidate will possess chemical or similar laboratory work experience. Experience in operation of SEC/GPC instrumentation and software (operational knowledge of Waters Empower software a plus). FTIR, HPLC, GC, wet chemistry and other technique...
