Sales Training ManagerEmpire Today - Doraville, GA* Work in conjunction with Sales Manager and Regional Vice President to establish and deliver your market?s revenue, pricing and staffing objectives; manage sales contractors to deliver/ exceed budget. * Establish sales objectives with the Market Sales Managers that support the attainment of corporate revenue and profit objectives and anticipated business levels. Ensure sales goals and forecasts are consistent with the organization's long-range strategic objectives. * In conjunction with Regional Vice President, prepare monthly sales and lead forecasts and the sales contractor staffing requirements necessary to achieve them.
