Northrop Grumman - Chester, VAVoice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) engineer to support the design, development, planning, testing, implementation, and support of Request For Service (RFS) solutions for Northrop Grumman on the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) program. Engineer will be recognized as the lead VoIP RFS technical engineer on the program, and will recommend VoIP solutions, perform implementation, and be a member of the RFS support team. They will develop processes and procedures to support the RFS solution. They will serve as Tier 2 and 3 support for RFS Voice soutions.
