Job Title: Dishwasher Profession: Hospitality/Tourism -> Restaurant Staff/Utility Personnel Washes and stores properly all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the department. Maintains the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner. Long hours sometimes required. Very Heavy work, exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
