Senior Director, CRMNational Non-profit - Washington, DCOur client, a national health care organization, is seeking a Senior Director who will help implement numerous technology projects. The initial project is a very large CRM (Siebel) project that will maintain nationwide “donor” information and be integrated into a COTs supply chain management program to track blood donations. This position will play a key leadership role for the development of new donor management and marketing systems. They will work with leaders in the biomedical operation and will collaborate with IT leaders to deliver integrated solutions that are cost-effective to operate and maintain.
