ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide advanced support to Executive and/or Management staff, identifying areas of need and responding accordingly.
Interact with and support property and/or corporate staff; to provide review/approval of check requests; coordinate meetings; complete travel arrangements, edit/approve correspondence to and about residents, vendors, clients, employees, and the public; provide counsel and direction on sensitive and emergent issues.
