Aerotek Scientific - Los Angeles, CAA reputable food company located near the San Fernando Valley has an immediate need for a QA Supervisor. Job Duties: * Oversee other technicians and inspectors. * Communicate with clients and participate in weekly audits. Qualifications: * B.S. Degree in Food Science and strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP. * 5 years of food industry experience (no cosmetics, pharmaceutical, etc.) * Knowledge of product formulation/processing, packing systems and statistical process control. * Prior management/supervisory experience. Additional Information: * This is a 2nd shift position from 2-10 pm or 3-11 pm. * Our client will only consider candidates in the Los Angeles area.
