ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - BIOCHEMISTRY AND/OR MOLECULAR BIOLOGYMississippi State University - Mississippi State, MSThe Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is seeking two Assistant Professor positions with a cross-disciplinary approach to the biochemical and/or molecular sciences and with potential agricultural research applications consistent with the mission of a Land Grand University. The candidate should be able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary research team and have teaching and research areas of interest and expertise that will complement existing strengths in the department. The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology offers B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and currently advises approximately 160 undergraduate and 25 graduate students.
