Our certified housing counselors will meet with homeowners individually to develop a detailed budget and spending plan, review loan documents and determine the best option available. Where possible, counselors negotiate workout plans with the client?s lender to achieve a sustainable long-term solution. Counselors will otherwise assist clients with finding alternative housing solutions.
