Subex Technologies - Valhalla, NYJob Title: Encapsulation Scientist Role: Assist project leader in evaluation of emerging encapsulation technologies in RTD beverages. Conduct laboratory beverage formulation, perform stability & sensory tests, and summarize & record results. Develop new encapsulating technologies in-house under project leader guidance, in parallel with assessment of external contract technologies and vendor submissions. For prototypes that show promise, facilitate multi-product testing in partnership with Product Development, Engineering, Statistics and Sensory department personnel.
