Medical Staff Services ManagerHCA Healthcare - Conroe, TXUnder the direction of the Director, the Medical Staff Services Manager is responsible for the documentation of performance of medical staff activities as required by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Joint Commission Standards and other regulatory standards applicable to this facility. Coordinates and maintains effective office procedures and efficient work flows, and acts as liaison between the medical staff, nursing and ancillary staff and Administration within the parameters established by Administration, the Medical Staff Leadership and the Board of Trustees. The manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, reviewing, and revising, as needed, operational standards for accomplishing objectives of the Medical Staff Services Department.
