Recreation Therapist (CTRS)Novant Health - Winston Salem, NCGraduate of an accredited program. Licensed Recreation Therapist will lead RT group sessions, 1:1 treatment sessions and complete clinical assessments on adult psychiatric patients. Must have excellent customer service skills that contribute toward a Remarkable Patient Experience. Must be able to work both effectively and efficiently within a fast paced, ever changing environment. Will be required to have certification in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and CPR. Experience working with adult mentally ill clients will be a plus. Strong skill sets in 1:1 interviewing techniques as well as group facilitation and processing are preferred.
