JOB SUMMARY: Under the broad supervision of the Deputy Executive Director, this position is responsible for the overall management and service delivery for the provision of preventive services for children and families in the Upper Manhattan community. The scope of these responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing the program, staff development and training, community and program development, program quality, compliance and accountability with agency, city, state and federal requirements for child welfare services.
