Associate Engineer (VOD Engineering)
This position is responsible for the monitoring and day-to-day operational support of Comcast's Video On Demand (VOD) infrastructure. The candidate will serve as the senior subject matter expert in VOD systems and is expected to take a proactive approach to improving the customer experience. The National VOD Service Desk will be staffed 24x7x365 and will interact with other National Service Desks, Product Engineering, vendors and local market staff in order to ensure the highest quality of service to our customers.
