Essential responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: Work with a team of attorneys and paralegals on various bankruptcy litigation matters; Prepare responses to discovery requests; Manage documents and files; Compile documents for preparation of analyses; Calendar and monitor key dates and deadlines.
