ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner. Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs and all hotel equipment, including kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms.
